Let us be frank: we see an uprising in antisemitism and hate for Christians. Jesus prophesied that this would be the case in the leading up to the last days.
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.” Mathew 24:9-10
What are we to do? Let us look at what was done in the past when the wicked rose up.
“When the righteous rejoice, there is great glory; But when the wicked arise, men hide themselves.” Proverbs 28:12
In the Old Testament, men hid. We see this in David and Saul, Moses and Pharaoh, Elijah and Ahab, and many others. In the New Testament, we see and know that we are hid in Christ Jesus: “For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” Col 3:3. Those whose lives are laid down in Christ, submitted to Him, are hid.
