It is the last day of the year. The old has passed away. Start the New Year off right.
- Be in peace – In Christ, you have peace (John 16:33). Lord, Help me to keep my mind fixed on you. Your word says you will keep me in perfect peace if my mind is steadfast on you (Isaiah 26:3).
- Be renewed – “do not be conformed to this world (Romans 12:2). Lord, help me to renew my mind so that I may know your will.
- Be bold – I pray that “utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,” Ephesians 6:19
- Be diligent – I pray that I will “Be diligent to present yourself (myself) approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. ” 2 Cor 5:17
