Just Let it Go

Just Let it Go

I have written many devotionals on forgiveness. We can think we have forgiven someone, but have we released them? How can we tell the difference? When we can think about the incident that hurt us and caused unforgiveness, and we do not feel hurt any longer, but the incident is only a fact, then we have released the offender.

“Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”   Ephesians 4:31,32  NKJV

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.  Matthew 6:14,15  NKJV
