Is the writing is on the wall?

Many are saying the writing is on the wall…

In the book of Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar’s son, Belshazzar continued to defy God for his pleasure. He knew of his father’s testimony, but he went his own way. He feasted and drank things he should not have and worshipped other gods.

And that day, God had enough; the finger of God came down and wrote on the wall.

“And this is the inscription that was written:

MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it; TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting; PERES: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.” Daniel 5:25-28,

Many today know of God, yet they seek their own pleasures and glory. Is the writing on the wall?

“when the Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?” Luke 18:8. Remember the just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17).

Lord, help us be people of faith and help us be righteousness in you. I pray this in Jesus name.
