In Christ there is life

“In Him is Life” (John 1:4). If we are seeking life without Jesus, we are not living, we are dead.  Dead spiritually. Mostly likely striving, seeking and yearning for something more.

I was once dead. It was always the next big job, car, house, or marathon. None of this brought joy. I would achieve my goal and was still not satisfied. I didn’t find joy and fulfilment until I laid my life down to Christ and gave it all to Him.

“For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. Romans 5:17-18
