“casting down arguments (imaginations (KJV)) and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” 2 Cor 10:5

We are to Cast down imaginations (thoughts) that are not in line with God’s word. Start by thinking on good things to renew your mind.

Unplug from the things in your life that do not glorify the Lord. Movies, computers and games are an opening to the eye and ear gate. Would you want to sit on the couch and watch the movie you are watching with Jesus?

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Phil 4:8
