Many today are seeking power. There is only one true source of power, and it comes from the Holy Spirit.   

As I walked into my bedroom, I noticed a light bulb was out in my overhead light. I took the light bulb out, put it on my bathroom sink counter, and went to bed. In the middle of the night, I went into the bathroom and noticed that the bulb was lying there. I thought to myself I should move it, so it does not fall on the floor and break. I picked it up, and the bulb lit up. I immediately put it back down, not understanding what was going on. I picked it up again, and it lit up again. The only power source available was the Holy Spirit.  

Jesus said, “you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8
