How to be delivered from tormenting and oppressing spirits?

1. Cry out to God – “In my distress I called upon the Lord, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, even to His ears.” Psalm 18:6
2. Submit to God and resist the devil – “submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” James 4:7
3. If the enemy returns, Bind and loose “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Mathew 16:19. Example: I bind anxiety, stress and fear and I loose peace, love and a sound mind in the name of Jesus.
