How shall you be saved?

“In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength, but you would have none of it” Isaiah 30:15

It is not of works that we will be saved; it is in repentance, a change of mind, turning around and quietness (resting in the Lord and His finished and complete work on the cross). However, there are going to be some that will not repent, even when great judgement comes upon the earth.

“The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts.” Revelation 9:20-21

Turn to the Lord today, and have a change of heart. “…the Lord longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him” Isaiah 30:18
