How Do We Spend Our Energy?

We have choices everyday; to choose where we will allow our minds to dwell. We can think of things that may happen in the future and become fearful, or we can contemplate on our blessings and feel thankful. Either way, we will spend energy. We can have faith something terrible will happen, we will catch a disease, we will run out of money, or a number of things that are possibilities. Or we can have faith that our heavenly Father will take care of us in our obedience to Him. We have a choice.

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.     Hebrews 11:6  NKJV
