Home Alone, a Christmas comedy about an 8-year-old boy who was left behind by his parents as they took their large family on vacation. He was forced to defend his home from thieves. I know many in our country will be home alone this Christmas. However, we are never alone when we are in Christ.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

As Christians, we are called every day, to put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6) to defend ourselves and all that God has put us in charge of. Remember, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10
