Many believe they can hide from God.  God sees and knows all.   

“And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. “Hebrews 4:13

So why do you try to hide?  Hide sins, pain, sorrow, fear, trauma?  Carry burdens?   God knows the pain within you and wants to heal you.  Allow Him to come in and do a work in your heart.

“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.  For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all pointstempted as we are, yet without sin.”  Hebrews 4:14-15

“I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help?” Psalm 121:1
