God knows your heart. He sees the pain, struggles, joy, and deep desires. He knows you better than you know yourself. You need to trust Him even when it does not make sense. He will lead and guide you down the right path.

“But He knows the way that I take; When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job 23:10
