I cried out to the Lord over and over. My tears swallowed me up. My dreams were far off and had all but disappeared. The Lord knew my heart and He knew each cry.

As I read Psalm 34:17, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles.” Comfort and peace overcame me.

It is amazing to realize that our Lord who created the heavens, stars, the moon, earth and everything in it hears my cry and will deliver me.
