So much today can cause our hearts and minds to stray or fall away from God. God tells us, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil 4:6-7

Bring everything to God in prayer. We often forget to ask God for help. God’s word says, “Ask, and it will be given to you.” Mathew 7:7

The peace of God is what guards your heart and mind. God gives us a promise: if we keep our minds on Him, He will give us perfect peace.
