“All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:6. Notice it is not a lamb (a newbie in faith) that has gone astray, but one who should know better. One who should be feeding on meat, not milk.

It is through God’s saving grace, His love that we have been delivered out of bondage.

“but because the Lord loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage….” Deut 7:8

What should our response be, “I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works.” Psalm 9:1
