Regurgitate. I was reminded of this word when I walked into the kitchen to find marshmallow throw up all over my kitchen floor. My puppy decided earlier in the day to break-in to my cupboard and eat a whole bag of marshmallows. I knew that the bad stuff that went in was going to come up.

What we put into our bodies and mind whether they are pure or not will come out in some way. What is coming out of you?

But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. Mathew 15:18-19 NKJV.
