Many today feel unnoticed, unwanted, not affirmed, not seen, and not loved. People need to feel loved, valued and accepted. The most significant health epidemic we have today is a broken heart. A broken heart can cause us to separate from God, others and ourselves.
We see in Genesis 16 that Hagar ran away after being mistreated by her mistress, and God met her where she was, and God meets us where we are.
Our blessed hope is that we have a God who sees and knows us.
“”You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me.” Genesis 16:13
God knows your heart, “For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7. He can heal your heart and change your circumstances. Trust in Him.
“He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3
Seek Him today, and He will be found by you (1 Chronicles 28:9).
