God of Fire

“And Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered him not a word.” 1 Kings 18:21

We all have family members that are wishy-washy, there on the fence. They want God in their lives when their problems become insurmountable. However, during everyday living, He is nowhere to be found, and they have raised something up before God (idol).

There comes a time when God says make a decision, “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;” Deut 30:19 NKJV

Lord God, You are a God of fire. Refine our family members and give them the revelation that You are a faithful and loving God and You are worthy of a pure heart and mind, single focused and dedicated to you. Pull them into your kingdom, Lord. Do a mighty work in them. We thank and praise You, Jesus!
