God is faithful, and we need to remain faithful. It is hard to stay faithful when suffering comes upon you. God’s word says we will suffer, so we should not be ignorant of this fact (1 Peter 4:12), and when we suffer, we should push into God more than ever, not away from Him. We have a faithful God that will take us through all situations.

“…those who suffer according to God’s will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.” 1 Peter 4:19
