“Gay”, might not mean happiness

He was gay, his friends and family were at a loss for words. How could my good friend who I have known for years be gay? After all,  he was a Christian. I didn’t know what to say. The family was grieving multiple losses. The loss of his salvation, family, and grandchildren. The Bible is very clear regarding living a gay lifestyle. “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.”  Leviticus 18:22.

I know that my friend if he does not repent and turn from this lifestyle he will not have salvation.

Many believe that you are born gay. However, if we are made in the image of God; and God created man and women to be together. How can this be the case?

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10

“When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.“ Psalm 34:17

I know there is hope, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor, He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound.” Isaiah 61:1
