Feeling isolated? Many feel isolated even in a crowd. isolation is a feeling of being cut off from others, which can lead to loneliness, hopelessness and depression.
Jesus felt isolated and cut off as He hung on the cross. His disciples and even His Father had forsaken him. Jesus took all on the cross including, isolation, depression, hopelessness, abandonment, rejection so that we could be accepted and a part of a family.
Remember, “A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire;
He rages against all wise judgment.” Proverbs 18:1
We are meant to be in fellowship.
Ecclesiastes 4:12, “A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.”
