Fear is false evidence appearing real, a belief that something harmful or unpleasant will occur.

The Bible tells us we will all experience fear; it is how we respond that determines the outcome, “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” Psalm 56:3

“I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.” Psalm 34:4
