Scripture says that a dull-hearted person is foolish and without knowledge (Jer 10).  

According to the world, knowledge is “facts, information, and skills acquired by a person through experience or education.”

The Bible says, “The heart of the prudent acquires knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.” Proverbs 18:15

So what is knowledge? According to the Bible, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Proverbs 1:7

God is perfect in knowledge; He is worthy of all praise. So seek Him to renew your heart, “Teach me good judgment and knowledge, For I believe Your commandments.” Psalm 119:66
