Do you know someone that is struggling with a desire for the same sex? Many do, and not many understand. Homosexual behavior is a sin (Romans 1:24-27). The person needs to confess the sin and turn from the behavior.

They are in a battle, a battle for their lives. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12

The forces that may be at play are lust, sexual perversion, homosexuality, delusion and/or confusion. Jesus said, “But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.” Mathew 12:28

The desire may still be present initially. However, as they commit their lives to Christ and build a relationship with Him the desire will cease and God will be their one true desire.
