Do you know if you are saved?

You may want to brush over this question and say, of course, I am saved.

However, you may want to take note of Jesus words,

“But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”  Mathew 24:13

Why is Jesus proclaiming this?  Let’s look at the preceding verse, “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.”   Mathew 24:12.  Our love will grow cold as a result of sin.  Jesus is talking about Christians.   Now is the time to check your heart.    

Lord, I ask in the name of Jesus that you show us if there is any area in our heart that is not right.  Heal and cleanse us of anything that has pulled us away from you.  Thank You, Jesus, that we can come to you on the basis of what you did on the cross and be made right in Your sight.
