As Christians, we are going to experience many tribulations in this world.  As a result, we need to be “rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer;” Romans 12:12

You can direct your life into an abundance of joy, peace and set your heart on things above, ”  …seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.” Col 3:1

“Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.” Col 3:5
