Do You Hear God?
I have a friend visiting from another state over 1,000 miles away. She was leaving and her car did not cooperate. We called several different dealerships, because I live in a rural area with different directions we could go. We talked to the closest one and after several calls did not feel comfortable going there. We both prayed and asked God to tell us which city, a choice of two, where we should take the car. We listened. I had my answer. I then asked her what God revealed to her. She said she saw the name of the city where we had planned to go drifting into the distance. I told her I saw the city we should go become large letters. We both came to the same conclusion.
Then, the tow truck was supposed to arrive in 45 min. I prayed that the Lord would send someone safe for us, and not someone who would come and revisit the property later. The phone rang and the dispatcher said the tow truck could not come. She needed to find someone else. I told her that was fine, we would wait.
