“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

You can count on God during times of trouble. Are you dealing with health, financial, or relationship issues? God knows your heart and desires; even if you have not cried out to Him, He is acting on your behalf. He is your protector, He gives you strength when you are weak, and He will walk with you when everyone else has abandoned you.  

The psalmist says, “Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.” Psalm 46:2

We are not to fear even though things might look terrible. We need to remember that God will help (v5), “The LORD Almighty is with us (v7). We need to be still, “Be still, and know that I am God.” V10

We have a mighty God who will act on your behalf and be exalted above all.
