Dirty to Clean

We are born with the desire to be clean. (Maybe some 9 year olds would disagree.) A nice warm bath or shower after working in the heat of the day is always refreshing. But our spirits can become dirty with sin. So, how do we become clean? When we are dirty inside there is no peace. To be clean inside is also refreshing. But, I have heard many say, they are too dirty, or have done such evil that God could never forgive them. The truth is: Jesus died for ALL sin so that we can be clean, no matter who we are or what we have done. We only need to ask Him to be Lord of our life, repent and He will forgive us.

“How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word. With my whole heart I have sought You; oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!”
