What are you desiring? Worldly things? That is what Satan wants for you. It is okay to have a longing, a desire, as long as it is for what God wants.

“Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.” 1 Cor 14:1

The word desire used in this verse is zēloō. It means to burn with zeal. Are you burning with zeal (passion) after spiritual gifts?
