Just recently, I received a recall on my Airfryer. They wanted me to cut the cord and take a picture to have the air fryer accepted for replacement.

My first thought was, isn’t it still usable? And then the second followed… Do I want to take the chance? Do I want to cut this cord?  

God never says to the righteous that we are useless; cut the cord. Needless to say, I prayed over the airfryer. I trust that the Lord will keep it functioning as long as He desires. 

Remember your Creator before the silver cord is loosed,

Or the golden bowl is broken,

Or the pitcher shattered at the fountain,

Or the wheel broken at the well.

Then the dust will return to the earth as it was,

And the spirit will return to God who gave it.” Eccl 12:6-7
