We need to reflect the character of Jesus. There is only one way to do this and, that is to pray and ask the Lord to show you areas in your life that are not reflecting Him.
Do not be deceived into thinking that your good, “…There is none who does good, No, not one.” Psalm 53:3. Our goodness comes only from Christ.
Paul describes the good, bad and ugly.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23
“These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren.” Proverbs 6:16-19
“For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.” Ephesians 5:5
Remember this, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as [a]by the Spirit of the Lord.” 2 Cor 3:18
