Buried…

At some point in our life, we will bury someone, a family member, friend or acquaintance. What we don’t expect is that they will come back to life. Our faith is stretched beyond the physical/material constraints of this age; beyond what many deem as possible.

We are all looking for hope and signs that there is life after death; and when we are confronted with the truth of a miracle, what do we do? Do we rationalise and say that is not possible. Do we put Jesus in a box? Do we have a heart of unbelief, “See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.” Hebrews 3:12

Jesus died, was buried and was raised on the third day. These are historical facts that cannot be disputed.

“For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” 1 Cor 15:3-4
