Do you remember the first experience that broke your heart? I do fourth grade. I wrote a love letter to a boy. He ripped it up in front of everyone at recess. God desires to heal every instance of your broken heart. 

I believe this is what the Lord means by “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.” Prov 3:5. We deem going back to fourth grade ridiculous. But the Lord knows your heart better than you do. Let Him minister to you, after all, He was sent for this very purpose, “He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;” Isaiah 61:1

Ask the Lord to show you areas in your heart that are broken and allow Him to bind up the wounds.
