I have been working on a house down in Florida since January, and it is what you would deem a hard hat area. This world we live in is also a hard hat or helmet area. We must wear our helmets every day to protect our heads, our thought life.
“But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.” 1 Thess 5:8
Hope is your protection against depression. Hope is that confident expectation that good is going to happen.
