It was rather dark as I sat down at my desk early this morning. So I turned my lamp on, and no light emitted. My first thought was, is the lamp plugged in? 

If we are not plugged into the right power source, there will not be any light.  

“…Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12

Our Lord leads out of darkness (deliverance), we have revelation of His word, and we are lead into the abundant life in Christ.
