Are you cooperating with God?

Are you cooperating with God? The opposite of cooperating should give you the answer… contention, division, prevention, disunity, unbelief, etc. Are you going your own way?

God wants all to be committed to Him and working with Him. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” Mathew 22:37

If you have not committed all to Him, ask yourself why.

Are the words that are coming out of your mouth reflective of the Lord? “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. ” Psalm 19:14

Do your thoughts align with scripture? If not, “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” 2 Cor 10:5 NIV.

To be more straight forward, think on good things. “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” Phil 4:8

Have you committed your body to God? Do you ask God what you should put in your mouth and what exercise you need? “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” 1 Cor 6:19-20

Is His will yours? “Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.” Psalm 37:5-6 NIV
