Do you know how glorious our Lord is? “Who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” Hebrew 1:3.   Through the death of Jesus on the cross, our sins are purged; He took them all, His work is complete, finished.

I remember telling someone once that I had never sinned.  Wow!  I look back now and see such arrogance, pride, rebellion and a shadow of deception.  Of course, my definition of sin was vastly different from the Bible’s.  “All unrighteousness is sin” 1 John 5:17.  In a nutshell, anything outside of the Word of God is sin.  “…whatever is not of faith is sin.”  Romans 14:23.
