My father was an Ambassador to Greece. He was sent over to Greece during a time when relations were strained. A Navy Captain had just been killed. He was to represent the United States and bring forward the message of peace. We are to do the same. We have been commissioned by Christ to “Go” to all nations, to everyone and we have been given all authority in Jesus Christ name (Mathew 28:18-20).

“Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:20
