We all at one time or another have been accused wrongly in our lives. 

It would be best if you remembered where these accusations are derived. The devil is the accuser and slanderer of the brethren. 

How you respond/react to accusations is critical? When you are attacked, you do not need to stand on your righteousness; the robe of righteousness covers you. “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17 

We must stay hidden in Christ. Do not expose yourself, the moment you fight back with the same weapon the enemy is using, try to justify yourself; you are not hidden in Christ. “You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence From the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion From the strife of tongues.” Psalm 31:20

You are to rejoice and be glad, “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” Mathew 5:11-13
