“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said….” Mathew 28:6

They were seeking their Lord. I can only imagine the emotions and feelings going through the women as they approached the Tomb—their hearts in sorrow and now with joy, the words were a testimony to the prophetic word of our savior, he is risen, “as he said.”  

In the old Testament and the New Testament, the word of God prophesied that He would rise from the dead on the third day. How could they miss it?

 Numerous verses prophesied Jesus’s first coming, being raised from the dead, and over 1000 verses give an indication of His second coming. Will we miss Jesus second coming? Will we be ready when He returns?
