Have you noticed that everything has gone high tech? As I was helping my mom figure out her new oven that had no dials but only an electronic push-button panel, I noticed that the oven had a sabbath button. I started laughing at this mode of operation. Even the stove needs to rest.

“For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.” Exodus 20:11

Even the Lord rested from His work. Rest in Him.
