In a world of fear, confusion and chaos, do you seek peace and unfailing love?

“The fruit (a work complete) of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and
confidence forever.” Isaiah 32:17

Righteousness is the quality of being right in the eyes of God,
including our character.

Galatians 5:22-23 talks about the Fruits of the spirit. These fruits come from the Holy Spirit, and we can only produce good fruit by sowing in the seed of Gods word into our lives. Fruit must be cultivated over time to grow.

We are To “Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you.” Hosea 10:12

We are to till up the areas in our lives that are hard and root out the weeds. We can do this by asking God to search us and show us what is not of Him.

“Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭139:23-24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

By hearing and reading Gods word, we are breaking up that hard ground.

Remember, “There is no peace,” Says my God, “for the wicked.”
