Doubt Nothing

“Then the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing.” Acts 11:12

We are to doubt nothing.   You can only doubt what you already believe.   Doubt is a question of faith.  Doubting brings unbelief into our hearts, causing our faith in God to dwindle.  A person who doubts is double-minded (James 1:8) and unbelief is an evil heart. (Hebrews 3:12).

In these last days, mens hearts will fail (Luke 21:26)  at the things they see.   We need to remember what Jesus said,

“Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”  Mathew 21:21
