When you are in Christ there is no vacation from God. You cannot let your guard down. The devil does not take a vacation. “Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,  where for forty days he was tempted by the devil…. ” Luke 4:1-2

Jesus shows us how to deal with the devil and whatever he is throwing at you, “Jesus answered, “It is written:…..” Jesus full of the Holy Spirit, used the Word of God when He was tempted. The Spirit and the word caused enemy to leave until a more opportune time. “When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.” Luke 4:13.
