“And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.” Mathew 10:22.

Growing up I was not allowed to say “I hate.” My mom and dad encouraged us to love all. Scripture says, we will be hated by all. Hate is a strong word and it implies that the people that are hating are loveless.

“Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,” Mathew 24:12

Yet, we are commanded to love. So what are we to do?

“But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,” Mathew 5:44

We cannot love out of your own strength, We can only do it through Christ. First, we must forgive the person that may have offended us, ask the Lord to fill our heart with love for the person and pray for them. Lastly, we must endure. Those who endure to the end will be saved.
