I remembered the day I crumbled to the ground. I had no strength left; I was unable to function. The object that hit me on the head was laying on my lap. Blood was pouring down my face. I had no strength to move. However, I knew I needed to move.

Whether the strength you need is physical or you need the strength to wake up and start a new day. God can provide. He gives “power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.” Isaiah 40:29

Eleanor Roosevelt said that “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.” As a Christian, “God is my (your) strength and power, And He makes my (your) way perfect.” 2 Samuel 22:33

“Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore!” Psalms 105:4
