We each have been given a part to fulfil. Many compare themselves to others and feel inferior or are constantly trying to outdo the other person. We are part of the body of Christ, part of His army and He has created us each perfectly for His purposes. However, many have not aligned their will with His. God desire is to make you whole and complete in Him to carry out His purposes.
