What is going on? I love this person, however, I am attacking them. We all have days like this. However, if you find this to be continuous then you need to get to the root of the problem. What is triggering your response?

The mind is the battlefield and our thought processes control our responses.

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:2

We are commanded to love not only with our heart and soul, but also with our minds. Love with our whole being.

“Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’” Mathew 22:37

Ask the Lord to show you what is the root of the problem and why you struggle to show love. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Mathew 7:7
